Dear Parents,

On Thursday October 6th our class will begin “Show & Tell.”  Your child’s assigned show and tell day is listed on the bulletin board and will be sent home in their backpack.  There will be a bin with your child’s name on it on their assigned “Show and Tell day”.  Your child will put their back pack in that bin. There will be another bin with no names on it for children that do not have their show and tell on that day.  Your children will learn this routine very quickly. Please make sure your child has their back pack when they come into class. 

If we do not have school on the day your child is supposed to have “Show and Tell” please do not send show and tell until their following “Show and Tell” day. 

Your child is free to bring anything he/she wishes to talk about as long as it is appropriate for school (no weapons please).  Please have your child bring in only one item at a time.  One item will be easier for your child to talk about.  This activity will help your children to feel more comfortable talking in front of their peers as well as develop their speech.  It’s also a lot of fun for them!
