At RCNS the Three-year old class and the Pre-k students go on field trips through
the year. A few of these trips we are able to walk, but the majority we must drive to. Our preference is to car
pool. Each car must have a minimum of two adults, a driver and a chaperone. Staff members will make up two of
the chaperones. Even though we prefer car pooling we do respect your choice to drive your own child.
Field Trip Rules

siblings allowed

No smoking

All children must be in a car seat or booster
4. In order to drive carpool your car must be properly
insured and passed state inspection.
5. In order to transport a child other then your own you must have
completed CARI and CHRI (fingerprinted) back round check.
6. Every car must have at least two adults.
Unless you choose to drive only your child.
7. Please be on time to class.

We will all leave from RCNS. We discourage meeting at the field trip location.
9. While
on the field trip please keep an eye on all of the children you drove/chaperone.
10. Assist the teacher
and aides as needed.
11. We prefer that all children be dismissed from RCNS. If you must leave
from the field trip location please inform the teacher as soon as you can.
12. If you are unable
to attend a field trip please inform the teacher as soon as you can.
