Each child will be released only to the child’s parent(s) or persons authorized by parent(s) in writing.
The written note must state date, child’s name,persons full name picking up your
child, person’s telephone number, and your signature. Proper ID will be required.
In an emergency, if you are unavailable, persons
designated by you on your enrollment and emergency forms will be called to pick up your child. If an appointed person does
not pick up a child, staff members will follow procedure list posted in classroom.
